NBK University

NBK launches NBK University, the first private sector educational initiative in Kuwait- to offer exclusive training to staff members. The university first program is a 6 month developmental program that has been specifically tailored to suit the Kuwaiti banking industry and targeting the Bank’s new graduate recruits, to prepare them for potential future positions that may arise within the bank. The inauguration of the university was attended by the bank top management. 

American University of Beirut

NBK partners with the American University of Beirut (AUB) in launching a high-level training program for its talented NBK-Kuwait employees. The program focuses principally on management and leadership disciplines. It is designed to provide the participants with knowledge and skills they need to fulfill their potential as the next generation of NBK leaders. NBK management has initiated this program and interested in building future leadership from within the bank.
