NBK provides assistance to clients stranded in Europe until international flights resume

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the leading bank in Kuwait and the highest rated in the Middle East, is providing assistance to all clients who are stranded in the United Kingdom, France and Switzerland and who are unable to fly home due to the travel paralysis caused by the Icelandic volcanic eruption.
NBK Chief Executive Officer, Isam Jasem Al Sager said, “NBK overseas branches in London, Paris and Geneva have been instructed to provide whatever assistance necessary to ensure that our clients and their families are comfortably accommodated and that their return journeys to Kuwait are as smooth as possible when flights eventually resume”.
Al Sager added that NBK overseas branches have always been pleased to give assistance to clients in times of hardship or crisis, and he stressed that NBK was also working closely with the Kuwaiti Embassies to provide the best possible support for all Kuwaiti nationals stranded abroad at this time.
