National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) announced the three winners of the “What are your 2012 New Year’s resolutions?” competition held on NBK’s official pages on social media channels Facebook and Twitter. Fans on NBK’s Facebook and Twitter pages voted for their favorite resolutions posted from 29 December up until 2 January. The three resolutions with the most votes won.

The three winners and their resolutions: Alaa Mohammed resolved to earn a salary promotion in 2012; Nancy Hussain will work towards a college degree and Zaki Ibrahim resolved to spend more time with his family.

“The New Year’s Resolutions competition that took place on Facebook and Twitter offered winners a special luncheon or dinner for family at the Regency hotel,” said Badria Al Rushaid, NBK Social Media Specialist.

“We have seen a dramatic growth in our social media supporters with more than 30,000 fans now on NBK’s Official Facebook page and over 15,000 followers of NBK’s Official Twitter account,” Al Rushaid noted. “The social media team works around the clock to engage with our customers, provide support and feedback and ensure a positive online experience with NBK.”
