NBK Travel Safe saves both time, money and covers you on every trip you make worldwide (except Kuwait country of residence)

• Accidental Death and Dismemberment - up to KD140,000**
  • Accidental death is one of the leading causes of death with countless financial problems for the family. Disabilities from serious accidental injuries are much more common and could also lead to economic death.
• Emergency Evacuation-up to KD30,000
  • if  the severity of injury during the insured's journey necessitates an emergency evacuation due to its danger, be it in-town or back to point of origin if condition warrants.
• Accident & Sickness Medical Expenses-up to KD30,000
  • During Insured's Journey (and up to KD 300 In additional Prescription Medication) Both in-patient and out-patient medical expenses are covered (excluding pre-existing cases).
• Repatriation of Remains-up to KD 3,000
  • Repatriation to the point of origin if the insured dies during the journey. All claims to be supported with bills.
• Baggage Loss-up to KD700 
  • KD 700 (maximum of KD 240 per bag)
• Baggage Delay (minimum 6 hours) as confirmed by the airline-up to KD 1700
  • Up to KD 435 per bag maximum KD1700. Delay has to be over 6 hours
    with confirmation from the airline and supported with original bills and receipts of purchase of needs (clothes and toiletries).
• Flight Delay (minimum 6 hours) as confirmed by the airline-up to KD 275
  • Delay has to be over 6 hours with confirmation from the airline and supported with original bills and receipts of purchase of needs (hotel, transportation, refreshments, etc.)
• Emergency Dental Expenses (additional)- up to KD700
  • Your policy provides for up to KD 700 should you need emergency dental treatment due to an injury.
• If you cause an accident-up to KD 175,000 Personal Liability
  • Should you cause an accident while on vacation overseas, you will be covered up to KD 175,000 personal liability; anywhere in the world (Auto Liability is excluded).

Family Rates:

• All children under 18 or 23 if they are full-time students are covered under family option.
• Cover for the spouse under death and disability benefit is KD 70,000 and KD 14,000 per child  Max KD 2900 for Child under 15 years of age.

Period of Coverage:

• Maximum duration of the cover for a single trip is 90 days from date of departure from Kuwait.
• Coverage starts from date of departure from Kuwait and ends upon return or expiry of 90 days from date of departure, whichever is earlier.
